Sasha Katz (b. 1984) is a visual artist working with digital sculpting in dialogue with the visual language of photography. Her work focuses on bodies that resist conventional representation, reflecting shifting ideas of beauty and identity.
She studied Illustration at the British Higher School of Art and Design and has been working with digital sculpture since graduating in 2012. Since 2016, she has been teaching and serving as a guest lecturer. Her work has been exhibited internationally at galleries and museums including Nox Gallery, Francisco Carolinum Linz, Galerie Data, Pan American Art Projects, Danae Gallery, EXPANDED ART, Mad Arts, Pal Project, and Galerie Charpentier, and has also been exhibited and auctioned at Sotheby’s.
